I'm sure many of problems are similar. The administration plays a major role in how many of the problems are handled. I've worked for administrators who would always protect their teachers regardless of the situation. Others didn't have the spine to stand up to parents/others who put pressure on schools. Good administrators can always defuse situations to protect their professionals.
