Hmm. Would teacher compensation change or would the actual process of education change? Breaking the unions might benefit some in terms of compensation.
Could introducing free market reforms to collective bargaining in education drive teachers to improve their professional practices?
Teacher pay and incentives I feel would probably go down. Teacher support would not be as good without union backing.
