Unions

Do unions save us from horrible work conditions and pay or are they hurting our education system?

    I can relate to the idea that there are bad teachers that seem to be protected.

    Agreeing with Mr. Troutman, but Unions also save us from worse working conditions and pay than we already have. They are a nice backing for teachers and helpful for negotiations.

    Is there a statistic on how many "bad teachers" there are in America today? This is subjective...
